The Booking Process - All you need to know

 

Step 1 - Get in touch

Give us a call or drop us an email and secure your preferred date and let’s meet!

Step 2 – Lets meet up at the your chosen venue for a free no obligation chat, and grab your favorite hot beverage.

This meeting is a great opportunity to get to know each other a little better. We can gain an understanding about exactly what you would like for your special day, and you can gain reassuring that we are right for you. Meeting at the venue allows us to plan how we can best facilitate your ceremony at the chosen venue. After the meeting we will send you an email confirming all the points discussed for you to review.

Step 3 – Book your ceremony

Once you are happy, you will need to complete your booking form and send your 50% deposit to secure the date.

Step 4 – Let’s start composing your unique ceremony

Now your ceremony is booked, we will start crafting your unique ceremony. Remember this is YOUR ceremony; we are here to create a ceremony that is perfect for you! We will use all the information and ideas you have, to create a truly memorable occasion.

Step 5 – It is your ceremony – so let’s keep in touch

Prior to the day, we will be in contact to run through the ceremony and its running order, giving you complete peace of mind that the ceremony will be just how you imagine. Depending on location this will either be in person or by telephone.

Step 6 – Your ceremony day

On the day, we will arrive in plenty of time giving us time to check and organise the venue. We will liaise with any other suppliers involved in the ceremony as well as key guests who are playing a part in the ceremony. This will allow us to put everyone at ease and ensure everyone has their readings and music as required. (DON’T WORRY WE WILL HAVE A COPY!)

At the end of the ceremony there will be an opportunity to sign your certificate and for photographs to be taken.

Step 7 - Keepsake

After your ceremony you will receive a souvenir script of your ceremony that you can keep and treasure forever.
